NURSE EDUCATOR   TOUCH Diabetes Support (Toa Payoh) Responsibilities - To assist in the running of support groups, diabetes camps, community & public awareness talks - To conduct diabetes education and counselling - To provide medical support for projects and events organised by TDS - To support all other TDS programmes in promoting good diabetes care and management Requirements - State Registered Nurse (SRN) with minimum 3 years experience working in hospitals - Strong interest in working with the diabetes community - Enthusiastic and energetic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to speak Mandarin This full time position is only available to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.
