Love in a Bouquet is a special community project by TOUCH Community Services that enables children to pay tribute to mothers from single-parent or low-income families, and the needy elderly under our care.
TOUCH has partnered with Mayflower Primary School through a Love in a Bouquet Tea Party in May, at which children from TOUCH presented a bouquet of flowers to their mothers.
In celebration of National Day, TOUCH is also partnering Paya Lebar Methodist Girls School (Primary) to honour the elderly from TOUCH for contributing to nation building. On Friday, 24 July 2009, PLMGS (Primary) will be hosting a Love in a Bouquet Tea Party for some 90 needy elderly from TOUCH, some of whom live without their families. Through this Tea Party, we hope to appreciate the elderly by having the students present bouquets of roses to them.
